Completion of the following units from
THH21802 Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) will prepare you for
work as a food and beverage attendant. Units
are taken from the Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations).
On achievement of competence in these
Nationally accredited units, you will receive a Statement of Attainment,
which will give you credits towards a full certificate.
You will also receive three stand alone
Certificates:
- Food Safety
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Responsible Service of Gambling
These units can be undertaken on an
individual basis at the individual unit price.
